Another money grab

Two hundred thousand dollars in bonuses? We have been told that the county is broke. Now we have extra money to pay to keep talented employees? Are these the same futuristic thinking employees that nearly bankrupted the county in the first place? If they are, it’s time to say “good riddance.”

How in good conscious can you spend that “extra” money on yourselves when the county is hurting in so many other places? Shame on you! Seems like another money grab and a belated Christmas present paid for by the citizens of Tooele County. When will this madness stop and who will have the courage and integrity to put the people before their own interest?
