Blatant disrespect

The glaring disrespect for the American flag at the baseball fields in Elton Park is sickening. There is absolutely no excuse for the flag to still be flying when it is faded and tattered. Furthermore, why is it even allowed to fly at night with no light on it? Shame on the people who are responsible for such blatant disrespect.
