Obit Carolyn Joyce Healey-Meads 2April 2, 1935 – May 17, 2023

Just a few months short of fifty years of marriage, Dad says he wouldn’t change one day.

Everyone that knew her knows that she was the most loving, caring person that loved her family more than anything. Her family meant the world to her. All of us knew how giving and generous she was. She also volunteered at Mountain West Medical Center for 15 years.

Mom was an avid doll collector for many years. She also loved all her dogs over the years. She also loved traveling with Pam in high school years to Florida for cheerleading competition, trips to San Diego with Jodi, Pam, and all the grandchildren to see Ron and Cat in San Diego. And so many camping trips with friends and family, and later on with the Good Sam’s and Senior Circle group.

She is survived by husband Mel; brothers Paul Healey and wife Nora, Jim Healey, Bob Healey and wife Silvia, Lynn Healey and wife Marge, Ken Wellard; sisters Jeanette Adamson and husband Donny, Louise Healey Kathy and husband Glenn Burcham; son Ron Sutherland and wife Catherine; daughter Jodi Mallett and husband Steve; Pam McBride and husband Dan; six grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by daughters Pamela Sue Sutherland and Kellie Teasedale.

Services to be held Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., at Memorial Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S. Highland Dr., Holladay, Utah.
