Death Notice: H. Duane Garrard

H. Duane Garrard, 77, of Lake Point, passed away Feb. 18 surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held Saturday. Contact Dalton Hoopes Funeral Parlor for more information at 884-3031. A full obituary will appear in the Thursday edition of the Transcript-Bulletin.
