On the night of Dec. 12, 2013 we lost our Texas Cowboy to congestive heart failure. Freddie was born Sept. 25, 1949, in Big Springs, Texas, to Mary Francis Mosley and Willis Earl Harris. He worked construction as a heavy equipment operator and later worked at Laid Law in the West Desert until his illness forced him into retirement. He still liked to dance the Texas Two Step and wear his black cowboy hat. Freddie married Margo Adams and had two children, Dawn and Beau. Later divorced. He married Allene Jacobi in 1991 and adopted her daughter Chelsea. They made their life together in Tooele. Freddie leaves behind a lot of people who greatly loved him, especially his grandchildren and great-granddaughter. He is survived by his wife Allene, children Dawn (Rueben) Santiago, Beau (Liza) Harris, Chelsea Harris, and step-son Jason (Nicole) Kerwood. He is also survived by siblings Kathy, Shane and April. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Johnny. A memorial service will be held Thursday, Dec. 19 at Tate Mortuary in Tooele at 11 a.m. A visitation will be held from 10-10:45 a.m.
