Obit G. Richard McDonaldG. Richard McDonald, son of Ellen Mary Calder and George W. McDonald, passed away of natural causes Sunday morning, Feb. 9, 2014. Dick was born on the Oct. 27, 1941 in Salt Lake City. Rich is survived by his wife Myra, his daughter Saundra A. Burnham (Jay) and two grandchildren; Leeland J and Leslie M Burnham. Rich also left his brother Larry C. along with Larry’s wife Chris McDonald and 10 nieces and nephews and their families. Dick will always be remembered for his kindness and ready acceptance and respect for everyone he met. He was truly a “sweet” man and will be profoundly missed. The funeral will be Saturday, Feb 15 and 11 a.m. in the Little Mountain Ward chapel, 777 Skyline Road, Tooele. A viewing will be held earlier that morning in the ward building from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will be later that afternoon in the Heber City Cemetery.
