Jamie Ruth Bradley passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Feb. 12 after a long battle with cancer. Jamie was born to Edna and James Bradley in Huntington Park, Calif., on Sept. 23, 1953 and moved to Park City in 1990. Jamie had a love for children and ran a daycare business out of her home in Park City before moving to Stansbury Park to be close to her daughter Melissa and her family. Jamie worked as a paraeducator at Overlake Elementary School for nine years in Tooele. Jamie had a love for animals, was extremely artistic and especially loved crafting with her grandchildren. She also loved orange tabby cats and had quite the collection. Jamie is survived by her mother Edna B. White, sisters Carol Sletta, Yvonne Bradley and Shirley Madson, daughter Melissa Downard, son-in-law Bruce Downard, grandchildren Whitney, Dakota and Summer Downard, brother-in-law Robbie Sletta, niece Amanda Sletta and her cat Chloe.
