Born Oct. 23, 1942, Marilyn passed away at home from a short bout of cancer. She went with the love of her life holding her hand telling her it was OK. She winked and went home. I can’t say enough about my mother. The woman had class right to the end. She is survived by her daughter Debbie, son Steve, granddaughters Ronica, Taylor and Kimi and many great-grandchildren — too many to list. Many thanks to hospice nurses and all that helped during this time of sorrow. Marilyn’s only regret is that she won’t be able to be a crossing guard at Stansbury Park Elementary. She loved those kids dearly. The Harvey family requests that in lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
