“Music Man Jr.” showing on the TJHS stage this weekend

For the first time in 15 years, Tooele Junior High School is putting on a musical, Meredith Wilson’s “Music Man Jr.” After a very wonderful first show, we are eager to invite those in the community who haven’t seen the musical to come and have a fabulous evening. Jacob Thron shines as Harold Hill, the smooth talking salesman who captures the hearts of an entire city. Brelyn Benson, who plays Marian Paroo, is equally charming and will melt your heart as she sings such favorites as “Good Night My Someone” and “Till There Was You.” The entire cast is bursting with energy and has been building great relationships on and off the stage. You do not want to miss the opportunity to see this show. The final performance dates are April 12 and 13 at 7 p.m. On April 13, there is also a special matinee at 1:30 p.m. Ticket prices are $5 for adults and $3 for children. Family passes are available for $15. Tickets can be purchased at the door. The musical will be performed at TJHS, 411 W. Vine St.
