Mr. and Mrs. Wynn Porter are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Rhiana Porter to Terence Perkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Perkins, in the Bountiful Utah Temple on March 15. A reception will be held that evening at 1370 N. Cedar View in Tooele from 6 to 8 p.m.
