Shai Shields has been called to serve in the Ventura California Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He will leave for the MTC on March 13. Elder Shields will be speaking at his farewell on Feb. 24 at 11 a.m. in the Grantsville 7th Ward sacrament meeting. The church is located at 415 W. Apple St. in Grantsville. Shai is the son of Mike and Heather Shields, and grandson of Sharon and Steve Wilcock and John and Bianca Shields.
