Ty and Monique Outzen are pleased to announce the birth of their new daughter, Sierra Aileen Outzen. Sierra was born February 28, 2010 at 7:27 p.m. at Porter Memorial, Valparaiso, Ind. She weighed 8 pounds 10 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. She was welcomed home by her big brothers, Andrew (Drew) and Dylan Jackson, who are very excited about her arrival. Other siblings include Taz and Tyra Outzen, Spring Creek, Nev., and Emma Wray, Plainfield, Ind. Proud grandparents are Richard and Sharon Samuels, Logansport, Ind., and Sandra Outzen, Tooele.
