It’s April, and despite a storm that dropped a few inches of snow on Tooele Valley early Tuesday, spring is becoming more of a presence.
The evidence can be seen in new colts on farmland and meadows across the valley, or in the variety of spring flowers that have started to emerge in a symphony of vibrant colors that suggest winter is losing its grip.
According to the National Weather Service, spring-like weather is forecasted for the weekend with a chance of showers tonight through Friday night, with sunny skies for Saturday and Sunday and daytime highs in the upper 60s to lowers 70s.
